We are currently hiring an Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst for our Sunnyvale, CA location. This position is the first line support analyst responsible for monitoring Oracle EBS production environment and triage and resolve Oracle tickets. Oracle EBS production support team, the first line of support to business users.
As liaison between business and IT technical resources, we help the business on their issues and enhancements. Prioritize and participate system developments, coordinate user testing and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors tickets to Oracle EBS production and performs first level troubleshooting
• Analyzing and troubleshooting ERP system issues reported by end users
• Developing documentation for ERP systems, including specifications, configurations, and business processes
• Providing training and support to ERP system users
• Participating in system upgrades and testing to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Creating and delivering reports on ERP system

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business

Experience: 4+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience. Good knowledge in Oracle EBS functional modules (OM, WSH, INV, AP, AR, GL). Production Support experiences in System Admin.

Analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot problems and identify root causes.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL/PL*SQL, understanding of relational database tables, and module-specific configurations. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud e-business Application is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing situations, multi-tasking, prioritizations and deadlines. Work well independently and in a team environment.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $121,000-$148,000. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time, as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors, including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidates subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
