The Work:The Onshore Analytics FDI Design / Developer 2 is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting solutions and FDI components. This role supports financial, operational, and analytics reporting needs across Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. The developer will work closely with functional leads, data conversion teams, interface developers, architects, and client SMEs to build scalable, accurate, and compliant reporting assets.
Key Responsbilities:
- Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting solutions leveraging OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Oracle Analytics, and custom data models.
- Build, enhance, and support FDI-aligned components and data extraction/reporting integrations.
- Analyze and interpret functional requirements, translating them into technical reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting outputs are aligned with business needs and comply with standards.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize performance, and ensure consistency and data integrity across ERP reporting layers.
Here's What You Need:- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Oracle Analytics.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience working with complex ERP datasets.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data structures in one or more areas (Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, or HCM)
- Experience building FDI-aligned components or similar reporting/data extraction integrations.
- Ability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into technical designs.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with client stakeholders
Bonus Points If You Have:- Prior experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud reporting on large-scale federal or enterprise implementations.
- Familiarity with cross-functional ERP program workstreams such as data conversion, integrations, and architecture.
- Experience optimizing reporting frameworks for performance, compliance, and security.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
