Essential Functions:- Manage client relationships while overseeing recruiting operations for technical and engineering positions.
- Partner with clients to identify workforce needs and deliver qualified engineering and technical talent.
- Source, interview, and place candidates across multiple project locations.
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance for employees working at client facilities.
- Develop candidate proposals and coordinate hiring decisions with client leadership.
- Participate in client safety meetings and ensure workforce adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Relationship development skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
