About the Role The Operations Manager role has two parts, and both matter equally.
The first is regional: you own the full operational outcomes for a portfolio of roughly five DashMart sites and the managers who run them. Your goal is to develop your Site Managers into highly functional, largely self-sufficient operators - not because you're hands-off, but because your coaching makes them better.
The second is strategic: every OM in Canada owns and leads at least one active, centralized workstream designed to improve results across the entire DashMart Canada network. These workstreams span a broad range of operational priorities, from inbound and outbound efficiency and facility-cost management to data reporting and dashboarding, quality controls, and process design.
This is a senior, cross-functional role for someone who can operate as a regional P&L owner and a strategic contributor simultaneously. You report to the Senior Operations Manager, Canada.
We're excited about you because...- 5+ years of operations leadership experience, including at least 3 years experience managing other managers with P&L accountability
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work alongside product, engineering, or central teams; you know how to drive outcomes without direct authority
- Analytically strong - you extract strategic insight from data and can build the analysis that changes a decision; comfort with Sigma, Excel, or SQL is an asset
- Experience with multi-site or large-scale operations, including direct P&L accountability • Strong organizational instincts - you can manage your region and your work streams simultaneously without letting either slip
- A builder's mentality; you design from first principles, not from templates • Unafraid of ambiguity - you make good calls with incomplete information and stay focused when priorities shift
- Flexibility across geographies and schedules. This role requires presence across your sites and availability when the business needs it.
