THE ROLE You'll keep operations running smoothly across programs, contracts, and internal systems. That means making sure what we promised customers matches what we're tracking internally, improving how information flows between teams, and strengthening the processes that run the business. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with PMO, Engineering, HR, and Procurement.

Internal Systems & Processes
Improve how we use SharePoint, Monday.com, Teams, and other tools.
Support rollout of new systems (payroll vendor, HR tools, document management).

Make sure the right people get the information they need on time.
Reporting & Coordination
Give the CEO clear operational updates and flag risks early.
Keep timekeeping and documentation consistent.
Coordinate across PMO, Engineering, HR, and Procurement.
Oversee billing accuracy and project profitability, and make sure bill rates and margins are correct.
Coordinate with the bookkeeper on AP/AR: review and flag issues, while the bookkeeper handles transactions.
Impact: Your work keeps what we promise customers aligned with what we track internally, so the CEO and program teams can make decisions with accurate, current information.
