Role Overview:Seeking an ALM tool expert with extensive experience in OpenText ALM / Quality Center administration and test management support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administration and test management support for OpenText ALM / Quality Center.
- Manage Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, and Dashboard Reporting.
- Perform bulk data uploads, mass updates of test instances, and tester assignments.
- Handle execution scheduling, Excel integrations, and OTA/API-based automation.
- Troubleshoot ALM configuration, user access, workflow customization, project setup, and performance issues.
Required Skills:- 5+ years of experience in OpenText ALM / Quality Center administration and test management support.
- Strong expertise in Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, and Dashboard Reporting.
- Experience with bulk data uploads, mass updates of test instances, tester assignments, execution scheduling, Excel integrations, and OTA/API-based automation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting ALM configuration, user access, workflow customization, project setup, and performance issues.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ALM / Quality Center.
