Sony Music is seeking a OneStream Application Administrator / Support Analyst to support and enhance our OneStream compensation and payroll integration platform. This role will serve as the primary operational owner of the OneStream environment, providing application administration, user support, troubleshooting, security administration, reporting support, and issue triage. The ideal candidate will possess practical OneStream experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and an understanding of financial systems and business processes. The role will work closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, SAP support teams, and external implementation partners to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the OneStream application. What you'll do: • Role model SMG's Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business • Serve as the primary administrator and support contact for the OneStream application, including user access, security, and configuration management. Support business users by responding to questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on system functionality. • Troubleshoot and triage production issues, building the skillset to determine whether problems originate in OneStream, SAP, integrations, master data, or user processes. • Manage and support monthly operational processes, data loads, payroll-related processes, and system monitoring activities. • Maintain and enhance financial reports, calculations, business rules, and data processing workflows. • Coordinate with Finance, Payroll, HR, SAP teams, and external support partners to resolve application and integration issues. • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and operational procedures. Who you are: • 1-3+ years of hands-on OneStream administration, support, troubleshooting, or development experience. Familiarity with OneStream business rules and a working knowledge of VB.NET. • Ability to investigate application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions across multiple teams. • Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to troubleshoot data and integration-related issues. • Understanding of financial systems concepts, including general ledger, cost centers, company codes, balance sheets, and income statements. • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors-delivering excellent customer service in a production environment, along with clear documentation and knowledge-sharing. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. New York Pay Range $90,000-$120,000 USD
