💰 Competitive Compensation

What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help residents improve their functional abilities, regain independence, and participate in the daily activities that are meaningful to them.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life.
- Address activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, strength, cognition, and other functional needs.
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care
- Collaborative, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to providing high-quality clinical care
