What You'll Do- Assess residents' self-care abilities and functional limitations
- Build treatment plans focused on meaningful daily tasks
- Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and activity tolerance
- Introduce adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate
- Document outcomes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
