You'll help residents navigate changes in their abilities and find workable ways to take part in the routines that are important to them.
What You'll Do- Evaluate residents' functional abilities and establish meaningful therapy goals
- Provide treatment for self-care, upper extremity function, and daily activities
- Teach techniques and recommend adaptive equipment when appropriate
- Document outcomes and collaborate with families and the care team
