We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our
Urgent Care team inthe West Region of Indiana.
Position Details: - Full-time
- 36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- Clinic hours are 8am-8pm
- No call
- 100% outpatient
- Ages 3 months and up
- Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
- Covers 3 clinic locations: West Side Lafayette Urgent Care, South Side Lafayette Urgent Care, and occasionally the Monticello Walk-In Clinic
Qualifications: - FNP or PA certification required
- At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
- Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
