The Systems Engineer will provide strategic and technical service for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Infrastructure. This role will partner with internal customers including other IT areas.
Provide technical leadership to the systems engineering team. Includes being a subject matter expert that is relied upon by less experience staff to provide technical guidance related to best practices and the practical application of knowledge to benefit the team.
Assisting in the development and implementation of various strategic initiatives around Meta Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Architecture Policies, Standards and Governance.
Collaborates with disease management, utilization management, case management and women and children's services to provide subject matter expertise to assist programs in developing new outreach activities designed to improve hedis performance based on field experience.
Understand business and technical requirements; develop, document, and implement solution designs. Review, analyze, construct, and modify business application systems including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
