Vascular Surgery team in Lafayette IN. This position will take place at
IU Health Arnett Vascular Surgery-Medical Office Building.Opportunity Details- Full-Time- Days
- Monday- Friday 8a-430p
- No Call or Weekends
- 20% Inpatient
- 80% Outpatient
Key Responsibilities- Provides comprehensive vascular care across inpatient and ambulatory settings, including hospital rounding, patient assessment, care coordination, discharge planning, and follow-up visits.
- In clinic, evaluates new and established patients, develops treatment plans, orders and reviews diagnostic testing, provides patient education, and collaboration with vascular surgeons and the multidisciplinary care team.
Qualifications - Master's Degree required.
- Must be ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA Board Certified
- Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Indiana
- Must have surgical background
- New grads welcomed with strong surgical rotations and background
