Full Job Description
What You Will Do
Position manages various positions including transplant coordinators, clinical administrative assistants, social workers, patient service representatives within the kidney and pancreas, liver, living kidney donor abdominal transplant programs and has nondirect management line to staff in the pediatric kidney transplant program. Responsible for creating, improving, and sustaining productive and efficient workflows in each program and collaboratively.
Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing process.
Promotes a positive patient experience and environment that supports family centered care reflective of the patient population.
Builds and retains a talented and inspired workforce by developing, engaging and empowering personnel to fulfill their potential.
Collaborates as an integrated team by sharing information, best practices and results openly through practice in a professional governance model.

Qualifications: Education

Master's Degree for Level 4 NICU, Labor &Delivery, Post-Partum and Antenatal (Required)
