Job Summary:
Nursing Manager - Adolescent Behavioral Health

St. Mary's Hospital is seeking an experienced and innovative Nursing Manager - Behavioral Health to lead our adolescent behavioral health team and help shape the future of care within our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about culture change, staff development, patient safety, and growth. The Nursing Manager will play a key role in developing a high-performing team and preparing the unit to safely care for patients with higher acuity and increasingly complex behavioral and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Behavioral Health nursing unit.
  • Lead positive culture change, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop staff skills, competencies, and accountability to support growth and higher-acuity patient care.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, orientation, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment.
  • Monitor quality and patient safety outcomes and implement improvements as needed.
  • Serve as a clinical role model and provide direct patient care as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Support the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry.

Comp Range:
$76,665.23 - $105,579.98
Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
