Spring Harbor Hospital is currently seeking a Full Time, Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor to join their Adult Behavioral Health team. The Nursing Supervisor provides coordination, supervision and management of all nursing functions on the inpatient units. The Nursing Supervisor reports directly to the Nursing Director or designee and works collaboratively with unit leadership, ensuring the successful operation of the unit.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) - Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program/RN required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- License/Certifications: Licensed as a registered professional nurse by the Maine State Board of Nursing required.
- Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience preferred. Experience with psychiatric nursing preferred.
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice and judgment.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Additional Information The pay range for this position is $43.26 to $58.52 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
