Position Specific DescriptionThe Lead PM for North Outage will serve as the primary owner for either
Refueling Services or
Turbine Services scope during nuclear outages, driving execution excellence through rigorous accountability and proactive project management. This role requires an individual who takes full ownership of their scope-no excuses-and holds both internal teams and vendors to the highest standards of performance and communication. This role sits out of our Jupiter West office in Jupiter, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end execution of refueling or turbine services scope, ensuring all schedule commitments are met
- Maintain disciplined lookahead planning (2-4 weeks minimum) with daily readiness verification for work orders, parts, and resources
- Drive vendor accountability through structured meetings with decision-makers, requiring documented action items and follow-through
- Identify performance gaps early and immediately escalate with clear recovery plans and ownership assignments
- Lead focused, data-driven meetings with current information-no rehashing without new solutions
- Document lessons learned and drive behavior change when processes fail or commitments are missed
Work Environment: This position operates in a fast-paced outage environment requiring on-site presence during critical execution periods. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and external vendors.
Preferred: PMP certification, experience managing multi-million dollar vendor contracts.

Required Qualifications• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
• Experience: 4+ years
• Min Exp in Lieu of Degree:9+ years
