Manage high net-worth and institutional client relationships. Meet with clients to address specific investment and planning needs. Work with clients and Hallmark staff to resolve issues and ensure client retention.
Develops the annual, risk-based audit plan to ensure that critical and high-risk areas receive proper audit coverage, and that the plan is appropriately risk-based. Reviews the plan with the Audit Committee for review and approval.
Manage high-risk or large-scale business-impacting events that occur in accordance with documented processes, including operational aspects of crisis management; and identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
Manage and supervise Team Leaders, Loan Officers and Administrative Assistants to ensure that their functions are properly performed with respect to customer service, asset quality, loan approvals and business development.
Maintain and service assigned portfolios and appropriately cross sell other bank products.Maintain close customer contact to ensure continued satisfaction and to follow or anticipate additional financing needs.
Establish purchasing procedures for consultants, contractors, etc. as well as negotiate and prepare appropriate agreements necessary for the execution of work, including bid packages and contract documents.
Ensure branches implement new and revised operational procedures by providing guidance to branches; to provide direction and aid in solving problems related to policies and procedures; conduct ongoing periodic meetings/training sessions with Branch Service Managers and Head Tellers.
Approve commercial credits within prescribed credit authority (Industrial, and Healthcare markets) to support the Industrial business segment and assist with the healthcare business segments transactions.
Support, manage and coach the Treasury Sales Teams in markets assigned by providing consultative selling techniques for clients & prospects to determine what product sets and features best suit the client/prospect requirements.
