  • Establish and run business cadence: OKRs, initiative tracking, and governance routines; define targets/metrics and monitor progress against outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders on financial performance, forecasting inputs, expense discipline, and resource trade-offs tied to business priorities.
  • Provide rapid-response executive support for ad-hoc requests, structured problem solving, and high-stakes deliverables - ensuring accuracy, clarity, and readiness for senior audiences.
  • Enable effective stakeholder communication: ensure priorities and progress are consistently communicated across leadership and regional stakeholders.
  • Support oversight, risk, and controls deliverables relevant to deposit strategy/governance, including coordination of audit/regulatory/compliance requests and documentation.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across Liquidity & Account Solutions Product, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and other partners - ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams end-to-end, influence without authority, and drive execution across diverse stakeholders and geographies.
  • Advanced commercial judgment; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and clearly framed trade-offs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging senior executives.
  • Dynamic relationship-building skills and the ability to operate effectively across Product, Finance, Risk/Compliance, Operations, and regional teams.
