Description
We need someone who can turn leads into signed contracts for custom homes on customer-owned land. You don't need a Real Estate license (in fact, we'd rather you don't have one)-what you do need is a proven ability to seal the deal and a system to keep every lead locked down. New construction sales experience? That's gold. No industry background but a killer sales record? We're still listening.
Your Mission:
Crush it by guiding clients to their dream homes-pitching features, upgrades, and financing like a pro.
Own the process, syncing with builders and lenders to make every deal a slam dunk.
Run a tight ship with our CRM (Lasso), tracking every move like the organized genius you are.
Leave clients raving with service so good they'll tell their friends.
What Sets You Apart:
Closing skills that make jaws drop-your numbers speak louder than words.
Organizational wizardry-multiple deals, zero chaos.
Tech fluency-Microsoft Office and CRM are your playground.
A relentless drive to win, paired with a vibe that lights up the room.
Why You'll Thrive Here:
Unlimited earning potential-our top closers rake in $200K+ (yeah, you read that right).
A fat compensation package with benefits that match your hustle.
A crew of long-term pros who've got your back in a culture built on winning.
A growing company that rewards results, not red tape.
What You Need:
A sales track record that screams "closer."
Customer service finesse that seals loyalty.
Administrative precision that keeps the machine humming.
This isn't just a job-it's a platform for the best to bank big and shine. If you're ready to flex your closing muscle and run an airtight operation, apply now. Let's make money and make history.
Note: Your role may shift as we keep raising the bar-flexibility is part of the game.
