Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

Fast paced, 34 bed medical-surgical unit with a staffing matrix to support a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6, HCTs 1:8-12. Diverse patient populations, including general and orthopedic surgeries, wound care, and many additional medical diagnoses to offer a wide variety of clinical experiences. The department features telemetry monitoring capabilities to support patient observation and enhance safety. The average daily census is 25 patients. Great, upbeat culture and friendly environment with ample support from an excellent group of well-experienced team members. Daily support includes unassigned team leads (charge nurse), unassigned clinical supervisor, and unit manager. We are a highly functioning team that practices nursing autonomy by utilizing evidence-based practice policies and procedures to provide the best care to our patients. We strive for a cohesive team environment that is focused on team engagement, patient experience, learning, and growing as we continue to make our team successful. Expectations We're Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing


  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices


  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association


What You'll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.


  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
