The workThe Seller Sr Manager manages the opportunity from sales origination to sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. In this role you will originate and close new Oracle and Workday ERP opportunities for Healthcare Payers and Providers, spanning Finance, HR and Supply Chain, in support of Accenture’s Healthcare Finance Reinvention sales strategy. You will focus on net-new transformation opportunities rather than extensions or renewals, in a complex environment that is typically cross service-group.
You will lead early-stage positioning with healthcare clients, Oracle and Workday, and develop and execute the origination strategy to identify and qualify specific opportunities. You will continue working with account teams to ensure closure of sales, and may focus on a single large account or portfolio of accounts, leveraging deep content knowledge and client relationships to originate and close opportunities. You know – and have run – all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close, by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key Oracle and Workday leadership and with buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients, using a differentiated roadmap and framework that leverages the latest cloud-based technologies and AI-enabled finance capabilities.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Create solutions to complex business and technology problems requiring in-depth knowledge of healthcare payer and provider buyer needs and of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Workday ERP technology.
- Healthcare Finance Reinvention: Position and sell Accenture’s Healthcare Finance Reinvention strategy, helping CFOs and finance leaders at payers and providers modernize and reinvent the finance function, moving from legacy ERP and fragmented processes to a cloud-based digital core that delivers faster close, stronger cost and margin visibility, improved revenue cycle and reimbursement insight, and a more productive finance organization.
- Oracle and Workday ERP business: Originate and close end-to-end ERP transformation deals across Finance (financial management, planning, procurement and payables, revenue and billing), HR/HCM (workforce management, payroll, talent and clinician scheduling), and Supply Chain (sourcing, inventory, materials management and logistics), selecting the platform or combination of platforms that best fits the client’s needs.
- Address the realities of the healthcare industry, including payer and provider financial models, value-based care, margin pressure, workforce and labor-cost challenges, mergers and acquisitions integration, and regulatory, compliance and data-privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Sell solutions that span ERP implementation, legacy system migration and modernization, application and data modernization, finance and shared-services operating model transformation, managed services/operations, and the use of data, automation and generative AI to reinvent finance, HR and supply chain processes.
- Operate within large, cross-functional teams and direct specific team sales activities, partnering with Healthcare industry, Finance & Enterprise Performance, HR/Talent, Supply Chain, Technology and Operations leaders to assemble integrated offerings.
- Work in close partnership with Oracle and Workday sellers, alliance and industry leaders to co-originate, co-sell and jointly pursue opportunities, including participation in joint account planning and executive engagement.
- Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading cloud transformation strategies and practices.
- Travel is required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience exceeding sales quota, preferably greater than $20M TCV.
