Full Job Description
Network Implementation Manager

Reporting to the VP of Network Success, the Network Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end journey of new provider groups onto the Lantern network - from handoff through implementation and go-live - ensuring a smooth, surprise-free launch every time. You'll manage a portfolio of implementations at various stages, serving as the single point of contact who keeps each on a clear timeline, partners with Clinical, Claims, Analytics, and Member Experience, and works with Provider Success Managers to ensure clean handoffs. We're looking for someone who treats implementation as a discipline - building repeatable process, spotting risk early, and holding every stakeholder accountable - so every launch, whether the first or the fiftieth, gets the same rigor.

Location: Dallas, TX, or New York, NY - Hybrid schedule (3x in office per week)

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full lifecycle of network implementations - new provider group and network roll-outs, file implementations, client renewals, and organizational initiatives - from contract execution through go-live, across all service lines.
  • Lead the handoff from Network Growth, facilitating internal and client-facing calls covering referrals, claims, billing, and points of contact, while building and managing project plans and a tracking system to keep every launch on schedule.
  • Confirm contract and specialist records are accurate, then send the official go-live handoff to the client and receiving Provider Success Manager once qualification and payment setup criteria are met.
  • Continue qualification support for 30 days and monitor claims submission and payment accuracy for up to 90 days post-launch, partnering with Provider Success Managers on any issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation projects and client customization needs, coordinating across departments to gather and meet requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, risks, and milestones, and build strong client relationships grounded in a client-centric approach.
  • Provide guidance across teams supporting provider implementation and network integration.
  • Maintain and evolve the Network Implementation SOP, process flows, and templates so the team delivers consistently as volume and complexity grow.
  • Own QA of all client launch deliverables and develop trackable metrics to measure launch success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments, manage various key stakeholders, and thrive in a matrixed organizational structure and a fast-paced, high-pressure, start-up-like environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask as a motivated, collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce).
  • Preferred: prior experience working directly with provider groups, practice administrators, or clinical operations teams, along with familiarity with provider credentialing, qualifications, or network enrollment workflows.
  • Preferred: exposure to provider-facing technology platforms (portals, EMRs, or similar go-live environments) and prior management or influence experience with colleagues and/or associates.

Strong Candidates will:
  • Move Fast: Acting with urgency to respond to client and business needs
  • Be Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: that can be challenging but highly rewarding
  • Be Good with Numbers: both in how they articulate value propositions but also in how they measure and report success
  • Be Strategic Thinkers/Problem Solvers: both in how they work cross functionally, and also in how they build their function and supporting systems/processes
  • Be Customer Focused: always looking to understand, advocate for and improve how we engage with our prospects
  • Have High Energy and a Positive Outlook: infusing their engagement with prospects and internal teams with positive energy to help achieve our joint goals
