Job Overview:The
National Account Executive (NAE) will be responsible for sales of Keurig Dr Pepper's (KDP's)
Direct Store Delivery (DSD) portfolio in the Grocery channel of trade, with responsibility for the
Albertsons Companies.The NAE is a key member of the Albertsons sales team. This role contributes to volume, profit, and share growth by planning and implementing sales strategies across KDP's DSD portfolio and by working closely with KDP DSD route to market to ensure 100% execution. This individual must proactively partner with internal KDP resources that influence and drive execution of the strategic plan, managing the trade spend budget to maximize results and ROI.
The ideal candidate will bring 5 or more years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience, calling on national account HQ category buyers. He or she will have experience building a strategic annual operating plan (AOP), and will have demonstrated proficiency in the use of syndicated data to build selling stories. Knowledge of the Grocery Channel and DSD RTM is considered a plus.
This position is ideal for a high-performing candidate with a passion for leadership, strategic thinking, and deep customer engagement. The role is designed to be a feeder into Director-level positions across Commercial, CSD, and Emerging.
This position is ideally based in Frisco, TX, though candidates in other locations will also be considered.
Responsibilties:- Deliver Annual (AOP) and Quarterly targets for KDP
- Drive ABSCO account strategy and execution to meet revenue, volume, and profit goals.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer while influencing internal stakeholders to align on business priorities
- Utilize data and insights to identify trends, develop strategies, and present compelling business cases
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across RTM, supply chain, finance, marketing, and Omni teams
- Own promotional Price Pack Plan for portfolio
- Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations
Total Rewards:- Salary range $116,100 - $180,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of CPG sales, or sales support experience in National Accounts
- Minimum 2 years' experience using IRI, Nielsen Scantrack, or other syndicated data
- Highly Proficient at PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong Financial/Economic Acumen. Minimum 5 years' experience in managing account trade budgets
