Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Multifunctional Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality printed-wire-board (PWB) fabrication, meeting schedule and cost targets, and up-holding Lockheed Martin's rigorous standards.
What You Will Be Doing As the Multifunctional Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a union-represented crew on the 2nd shift, coordinating cross-functional effort, and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead 10-20 UAW workers in PWB fabrication, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Manage Quality, Schedule, and Cost goals across multiple programs, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate daily with Production Control, Production Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, and other support functions to synchronize activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain compliance with all Lockheed Martin policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of team management and process improvement.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Software, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Hazardous Waste Management, Safety, Training, FOD, and Time Accounting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and interpret/translate instructions to mechanics/technicians.
Desired Skills- Motivational skills and the ability to energize teams, with experience in a union environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and cost reduction, with an understanding of business metrics to drive performance.
- Experience working with SAP Knowledge of Institute for Printed Circuits specifications (IPC), IS0900, and I40001 Process and Audit preparedness Data analysis and metrics-driven decision making experience, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Familiarity with chemical processes and systems, with experience in PWB fabrication or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related discipline, is highly desirable.
- Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships.
- Must be able to work in fast paced, flexible environment.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
