Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in managing data center operations with a focus on multi-technology platforms.
Proven ability to handle a server farm of at least 500 servers.
Experience in establishing and operationalizing processes for consistent uptime and improvement.
Demonstrated leadership of global teams across onshore and offshore environments.
Strong track record of enhancing customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement and ensure successful delivery of data center operations.
Manage both physical and virtual servers across Wintel, Unix, and VMware platforms.
Develop and implement processes to enhance service delivery and client communication.
Ensure high levels of client engagement and satisfaction throughout the outsourcing engagement.
Monitor and improve uptime and system performance metrics.

The role will lead client engagement and delivery for data center operations spanning a physical and virtual server farm using Wintel, Unix &VMWare platforms.
This is a recently initiated outsourcing engagement which spans all the aspects of client IT infrastructure. This role will anchor the successful delivery and CSAT for the data center portion of the outsourced engagement.
It will be responsible for instituting & operationalizing processes for successful delivery and very importantly client engagement to ensure excellent communication and engagement.
Essential -
demonstrated track record of management of a multi-technology data center operation with at least 500 servers.
Instituting processes and systems to ensure consistent uptime, improvement & high levels of CSAT
Led a global team onshore and offshore to delivery performance outcomes

• KRA's will be CSAT & delivery excellence
