You are:
Your central role in the mobile ecosystem enables you to help clients manage the demands of fast-moving environments. With your knowledge of innovative on-the-go solutions, youll help them become mobility leaders by creating strategic, cross-company approaches that increase productivity, enhance collaboration and drive more transactions.
The work:
- Develop mobile applications and lead a team of engineers
- Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms
- Assist in refining and enhancing mobile architectures and frameworks
- Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams and articulate client requirements into technical architecture
Heres what youll need:
- Minimum 7 years of experience working a software engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience demonstrating managing a team of developers and deliveries to clients
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Java/Kotlin), React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform
- Minimum 2 years of experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, Gemini) within the software development lifecycle
Bonus points if:
- Have contributed significantly to at least two mobile applications and be able to describe those contributions
- Hands-on full-stack development experience with NestJS/Node and/or web experience with React

- Proven success in leading a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
