Position: Lead Fullstack Software Engine
Location: Watertown, MA.

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
• 8-10 years of experience in an engineering role
• Experience as a lead engineer in a fluid and fast changing requirements environment
• Experience with large and complex projects, spanning disparate systems
• Expertise in modern programming languages such as: C#, C++, Perl, Java, Python, and javascript/jQuery
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Big Data, SQL, NOSQL, and various other technologies
• Experience with object oriented programing, relational database technologies, distributed computing tech (Hadoop, spark), RESTful API, WebUI (HTML 5) and Modern JS frameworks
• Healthcare experience a plus

• Deliver customer value in the form of high quality software components and services that not only scale to meet our future business needs, but also adhere to our high availability system targets
• Collaborate with business owners and design leads to understand and refine business requirements, providing superb customer experience
• Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detail for internal and external consumption; assess and critique technical documentation
• Understand best practices with regards to security, testing and performance; hold team members accountable to those standards
• Identify and propose new, alternative technologies in order to create elegant implementations that achieve business results
