- Automate and simplify. Build and support PowerShell scripts, Power Platform solutions, Microsoft Graph and REST API integrations that improve reliability and efficiency.
- Solve complex problems. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineering support for incidents, platform changes and escalations.
- Support growth and transformation. Contribute to tenant migrations, acquisitions and integrations across identity, endpoints, collaboration and content.
- Partner across the business. Translate requirements into practical Microsoft 365 solutions and provide technical guidance to stakeholders, junior technical staff and Service Desk teams.
QualificationsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou're an experienced Microsoft 365 professional who enjoys being hands-on with the technology while thinking beyond configuration to security, governance, user experience and business impact.
