Primary Purpose of Job
Leads and develops a network engineer operations team while actively contributing to the design and architecture of enterprise network solutions - planning, configuration, and installation of network systems, including LANs, LAN internetworking, and WAN environments, inclusive of connections to partner networks. This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable network services through a balance of operational excellence, forward-looking architecture, and collaborative leadership that fosters accountability, urgency, and positive team engagement.

Leads, mentors, and manages the network administration team to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing network services.
Oversee 24/7 network operations, ensuring rapid response and resolution of production issues with minimal business impact.

Serves as a hands-on network architect, contributing to the design and evolution of LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid network environments.
Collaborates with network engineering teammates with architectural planning for scalability, resilience, and security aligned with business and technology strategies.
Collaborates with engineering teammates to review and approve network designs, configurations, and changes to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Evaluates emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Partners with leadership to define and execute network infrastructure strategy and roadmap.

Experience Required
Minimum five (5) years of experience in the following:
