What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing ARR Consolidation team, operating as a player-coach who balances hands-on ownership with team growth
- Own end-to-end ARR forecasting, planning, and reporting
- Drive the Weekly Executive Team update, Quarterly Rolling Forecast (QRF), Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Quarterly Financial Review (QFR), and Annual Planning cycles
- Build and scale processes, tools, and automation for ARR reporting, partnering with Data Science and Finance Operations to drive efficiency and insight
- Serve as a key cross-functional partner across Route-to-Market, Geography, and Product Groups to align on one cohesive C&P narrative
- Deliver executive-ready insights and materials for senior leadership, Board, and investor-related requests
- Uphold strong financial guardianship — ensuring controls, consistency, and trust in ARR outputs while acting as an independent, structured voice

- 8+ years of FP&A experience with SaaS/topline exposure (ARR, subscription metrics), including 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams
- Extensive hands-on experience with planning tools (TM1, Hyperion) and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar)
