What You'll Do- Lead complex, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through final turnover and commissioning.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, field leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets, cost forecasting, billing, and change order processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) with strong critical path focus.
- Oversee coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, and building automation systems.
- Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
- Drive commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) to ensure all systems meet performance and redundancy requirements.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, building the next generation of leaders.
- Champion safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and client-specific requirements.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a Project Management role.
- 3-5 years managing large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
- Deep technical expertise in MEP systems, power infrastructure, and critical redundancy environments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and cost controls.
- Proven leadership presence with strong client-facing communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred:- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, BIM platforms, Primavera P6/MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
