Full Job Description
Role Impact
We're building open superintelligence, and we want the way we work to reflect it. If a machine can take a recurring task off someone's plate, you'll be the person who makes it happen.
You'll own the technology that keeps our humans and their agents moving: laptops, identity, SaaS, office IT, and the automations connecting them. You'll make joining the team feel effortless and turn recurring headaches into things nobody has to think about again. You'll work closely with our team, based in our San Francisco office. Responsibilities
Own our Mac fleet from first boot to retirement: purchasing, inventory, enrollment, setup, patching, encryption, and secure recovery.
Run identity and SaaS access across Google Workspace, SSO, and MFA. Give people and agents the access they need, with clear permissions, regular reviews, and reliable revocation.
Own onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, with devices ready and access set up or removed at the right time.
Keep the SF office running well, from Wi-Fi and meeting rooms to hardware, software, and vendors. You'll have room to spot what could work better and make those improvements.
Thoughtfully put agents to work on provisioning, support triage, access requests, and repetitive admin.
Run endpoint controls, test recovery access, and partner with security on investigations and audit evidence. Turn the fixes people need into self-service tools and clear docs.
Requirements
You've managed macOS devices, identity, SaaS tools, and office networks, and can work through issues across them.
You've built useful scripts, integrations, or automations that improved IT workflows.
You're comfortable using AI tools to build and troubleshoot, with good judgment about permissions, secrets, and when to involve a person.
You can work independently, communicate clearly, and support colleagues with patience and care.
Benefits and Perks
Base salary of $150,000-210,000, plus equity.
Full visa sponsorship and relocation support.
Professional development budget for courses and conferences.
Quarterly team off-sites, hackathons, conferences, and learning opportunities.
Work with a talented, mission-driven team building open superintelligence.
