Leading or taking part in root cause analyses (RCAs) and safety reviews, and following through on action plans
Teaching and supervising learners in clinic, including medical students, as needed
Serving as a two-way link between site staff and senior leadership: explaining organizational decisions and priorities to staff, and bringing staff concerns and ideas to leadership in a clear, organized way
Advocating for staff and patients and giving honest feedback, while understanding that many requests take time or cannot be met, and closing the loop with staff on the outcome

Partnering with operations leaders to align clinical and operational goals, and helping the team understand the broader context behind decisions
Leading collaboratively by engaging providers and staff in identifying challenges and shaping solutions
Supporting provider well-being, professional satisfaction, and a sustainable workload
Bringing new ideas and programs that improve services and care for South End patients
Performing panel and access maintenance for the department
