Full Job Description
We9re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join our Partner Marketing team and help us execute co-marketing programs, events, and industry marketing with top game developers and technology partners. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, marketing, and program management, and plays an important part in supporting partner relationships and program delivery across our platform.

Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing, you9ll work cross-functionally to help ensure the successful launch of win-win-win campaigns: good for players, good for partners, and good for our business. You9ll help keep timelines, processes, and cross-functional coordination on track across sales, product, brand, creative, and channel teams.

What You9ll Be Doing

Co-Marketing Execution
  • Support and execute partner co-marketing campaigns across channels including owned social, email, in-product placements, and live events.
  • Help maintain marketing 44playbooks45 and repeatable program templates that support consistency and faster time-to-launch across partners.
  • Support GTM planning for partner moments (new product launches, integrations, tentpole game releases), helping prepare materials and recommendations for review.
  • Coordinate with partners9 marketing counterparts on creative direction, promotional timing, approvals, and campaign deliverables.

Cross-Functional Program Coordination
  • Provide day-to-day program support for Commerce partners, helping keep always-on promotions running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with Developer Solutions, Advertising, Commerce, PMM, and Channel Marketing teams to track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities for partner-facing programs.
  • Maintain project timelines, flag dependencies and risks, and help facilitate regular syncs with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain intake and request-tracking workflows (e.g., via Salesforce and Asana) so partner marketing requests are logged, prioritized, and actioned consistently.
  • Support the development of B2B marketing collateral and presentations in partnership with Product Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams (newsletters, blog posts, case study amplification).
  • Help coordinate partner workshops, innovation days, QBR presentations, and industry summits, using established frameworks and templates.

Reporting & Optimization
  • Track campaign performance against business KPIs - including revenue supported, daily account linked players (DALP), and Commerce GMV - and help synthesize insights for the team.
  • Help maintain a partner marketing roadmap that shows program activity and status for cross-functional visibility.
  • Flag recurring friction points (e.g., one-off approval requests, low-priority asks) to help the team improve processes over time.

What you should have

Experience
  • 5-6 years of experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, marketing operations, or program/project coordination - ideally in a tech, gaming, or platform company.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional marketing programs, from intake through launch and reporting.
  • Some experience working directly with external partners or clients in a marketing capacity.

Skills
  • Solid project management instincts: comfortable tracking timelines, managing dependencies across multiple stakeholders, and flagging risks.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, able to organize information clearly for review by others.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage an asset tracker or partner approval request end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Good analytical instincts - comfortable pulling data and connecting program activity to business metrics with guidance.

Tools
  • Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, Claude / AI).
  • Familiarity with cross-functional marketing operations, including intake and approval workflows.
  • Experience with presentation-heavy environments (Google Slides / PowerPoint) - you9ll frequently build and review partner-facing materials.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in the gaming industry or with game developer partnerships.
  • Background in or exposure to developer marketing, platform marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with co-marketing in a deal context - where marketing is part of a larger commercial negotiation.
