Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing coordinated marketing programs across the Precision Components Group (PCG), which includes Elcon, E-Fab, Microphoto, Fotofab, and PEI. Working closely with the Group President and TPC Marketing Director, this hands-on role translates company-wide marketing objectives into market-specific programs that build awareness, generate qualified demand, strengthen customer relationships, and support growth. The Marketing Manager partners with PCG leadership, sales, business development, engineering, operations, quality, and the individual operating companies while maintaining a consistent TPC identity and preserving each brand's technical strengths.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures, work instructions, and applicable quality management system requirements
Translate TPC marketing objectives into an actionable PCG marketing plan, campaign calendar, content roadmap, budget recommendations, and priorities
Partner with the Group President and TPC Marketing Director to align PCG initiatives with business goals, brand standards, and company-wide communications priorities
Develop clear, customer-focused positioning and value propositions for PCG and its five operating brands
Maintain consistency with TPC messaging while preserving each operating company's technical identity, capabilities, and market strengths
Position PCG as an integrated manufacturing network capable of supporting customers from prototype and design assistance through qualified production
Develop account-based marketing programs for priority markets, including aerospace and defense, medical device, semiconductor, and data center
Partner with sales and business development to define target accounts, applications, decision-makers, buying needs, and customer pain points
Execute integrated campaigns through digital advertising, email, webinars, technical content, trade shows, industry publications, and targeted account outreach
Support new-customer acquisition, expansion within existing accounts, and cross-brand opportunities across PCG
Establish clear lead definitions, qualification criteria, routing, and follow-up expectations with sales and business development
Create and maintain case studies, application briefs, presentations, white papers, videos, website content, customer success stories, and sales-enablement tools
Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and sales to ensure marketing content is accurate, credible, current, appropriately approved, and suitable for the intended audience
Manage PCG websites, organic and paid search, email marketing, social media channels, and digital campaigns in alignment with TPC standards
Improve website user journeys and conversion paths for customers seeking quotations, design assistance, or manufacturing information
Coordinate PCG trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events with the TPC Marketing Director and operating-company leaders
Define measurable objectives, lead-capture standards, and timely follow-up processes for campaigns and events
Manage approved agencies, contractors, vendors, and marketing technology resources in coordination with the TPC Marketing Director
Maintain marketing data quality, campaign attribution, and performance tracking in HubSpot and Salesforce
Evaluate performance using target-account engagement, qualified lead conversion, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, customer acquisition, and other agreed-upon measures
Ensure marketing activities and materials comply with ITAR, export-control, customer-confidentiality, record-control, and regulated-industry requirements
Support continual improvement by using performance data, stakeholder feedback, and corrective actions to improve marketing processes and results
Communicate professionally and work cooperatively with colleagues across departments and operating companies

Work Experience and Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Experience
Five or more years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial technology, engineered products, or another technical environment
Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and sales-enablement content
Skills and Knowledge
Strong writing, editing, presentation, and project-management skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear customer value
Experience using CRM and marketing-automation platforms; working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce strongly preferred
