Marketing Mgr - Core

Job Description

The Marketing Mgr, Core drives the development and execution of B2B marketing activities, enhancing DHL's brand visibility, engaging customers, supporting business growth and strengthening enterprise marketing efforts. This role develops and executes marketing strategies that are aligned with business objectives and priorities to engage customers and prospects in meaningful marketing touchpoints, increase brand awareness and help grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing executions rooted in account-based marketing principles.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee campaign content strategy, develop campaign content and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance; optimize based on data insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for asset creation.
  • Oversee business-funded media buys and sponsored event communications.
  • Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and updates with stakeholders.
  • Implement global campaigns ensuring messaging resonates in NORAM, aligns with business objectives, and delivers measurable KPIs.
  • Partner with events team to ensure campaign events align with the overall campaign strategy.
  • Oversee the development of campaign materials for DHL external events, including customer/target invitations, landing pages, event emails, and social posts.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver both regional and global customer-facing programs.
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities with customers as directed.
  • Resolve cross-functional blockers; escalate systemic issues and ensure alignment with our internal team and global teams.
  • Owns program budgets within remit (forecasting, spend tracking and optimization); approves channel/campaign plans and creative within brand governance; sets KPI targets and recommends continuous/retire decisions.


Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or work experience equivalent, required
• 7-10 years of professional marketing experience/business experience, required
• 5-7 years of marketing/communications agency experience, preferred
• Transportation/Logistics industry background and/or business unit industry experience, preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing planning and execution, digital marketing and social media campaign management, required
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives, required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, required
• Ability to design and implement marketing and/or communications strategies that support enterprise growth, required
• Excellent writing and content creation skills for social, email, and campaign materials, preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms, required
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, required
