About the RoleWe're hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale Alia's visibility and growth. You'll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life across content, social media, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, product launches, and more. What You'll Do - Manage Alia's social media presence, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting
- Create content across blogs, social media, sales enablement materials, and other marketing channels
- Support product launches by coordinating messaging, campaign assets, website updates, and cross-functional execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, partner, lifecycle, and product marketing initiatives
- Plan and execute partner marketing initiatives, including webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships
- Build and optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and product adoption
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
About You- 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills, with experience creating content across multiple channels
- Experience managing social media for a brand, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and reporting
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A creative eye for design and a strong understanding of brand consistency
- Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- A self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- An interest in ecommerce, Shopify, AI, or marketing technology is a plus
