Full Job Description

Position Overview

As a Marketing Enablement Lead on the Planning & Process Innovation team, you will advance Marketing by building, configuring, and managing the workflows and automations that power our intake, resource allocation, and operational efficiency — with deep, hands-on Adobe Workfront expertise at the core of the role. You will be a key partner in leveraging platform data to drive visibility into throughput, bottlenecks, and process optimization opportunities that help Marketing operate as a well-run engine, and you will translate that data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

We are seeking a team member who is energized by the opportunity to build and strengthen Marketing’s operational, workflow, and automation capabilities and amplify their effectiveness. The ideal candidate is first and foremost a workflow and platform expert — proven in Adobe Workfront who also brings structured, analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This team member needs to be a self-starter who is highly collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across Marketing.

You will be based in Pittsburgh, PA (or other Marketing hub). This role is designated as in-office.

Responsibilities:

Build, configure, and manage workflows and automations within Adobe Workfront to streamline intake, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency.

Leverage Workfront and other system data to drive visibility into throughput, bottlenecks, and process optimization opportunities.

Proactively identify inefficiencies in workflows and reporting structures and recommend scalable, standardized solutions to improve operational maturity.

Seek out new tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities to enhance workflow and analytics capabilities and innovate processes over time.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that influence decision-making and resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Apply structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems, leveraging data to uncover root causes, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Ensure clean, reliable data by applying best practices that support consistency, traceability, and trust in reporting outputs.

Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications:

Workflow & Tool Proficiency

Proven experience building, configuring, and managing workflows and automations within Adobe Workfront to streamline intake, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational efficiency.

Deep, hands-on experience with Workfront, with the ability to leverage system data to drive visibility into throughput, bottlenecks, and process optimization opportunities.

Serves as a subject-matter expert on workflow design, automation (including Fusion automation), and platform administration, and can independently translate operational needs into scalable Workfront configurations.

Data Storytelling & Insight Translation

Demonstrates the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that influence decision-making and resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Applies structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems, leveraging data to uncover root causes, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Understands the importance of clean, reliable data and applies best practices to ensure consistency, traceability, and trust in reporting outputs.

Project Management & Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, creative, product owner, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing projects, from inception to completion.

Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Act as the liaison between marketing, product owner, and IT for technology-related projects, ensuring marketing's needs are fully understood and met.

Self-Starter with Ownership Mindset

Proactively identifies opportunities, can work independently with minimal or ambiguous direction, and consistently drives work forward while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments; able to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and quality under pressure.

Continuous Improvement Mindset

Seeks out new tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and innovate processes over time.

Identifies inefficiencies in workflows and reporting structures and recommends scalable, standardized solutions to improve operational maturity.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Adobe Workfront certification or demonstrated administrator-level experience strongly preferred.

Experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, or process improvement initiatives preferred.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in configuring and customizing Workfront, including workflows, integrations, templates, and reporting.

Familiarity with other marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, digital asset management platforms) a plus

Strong data analysis skills with experience creating dashboards and reports.
