Build One of the Premier Sleep Markets in the Country We are looking for high-performing sleep sales professionals who want more than another traditional DME territory. This is an opportunity to build a major sleep market with a company focused on premium patient experience, operational execution, outcomes, and aggressive growth across CPAP therapy and sleep medicine. If you are a top CPAP, HST, sleep diagnostics, pulmonary, or sleep therapy seller and have ever thought:
- "I could build something much bigger."

- "My company cannot operationally support large sleep accounts."
- "Nobody in this industry executes consistently."
- "I want real upside."
...this role was built for you.
The Opportunity The Michigan market offers a high-growth market with strong payer alignment and a dense base of high-volume sleep programs and referral sources. This role will build top-tier relationships and win large accounts.
Pure hunting role focused on landing and scaling large, long-term accounts. What You'll Do - Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
- Own and develop your territory like a business
- Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
- Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
- Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
- Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
- Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
