Standard Job DescriptionYou will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for driving inventory optimization, managing Make/Buy decisions, maintaining BOM integrity, and ensuring seamless material flow across the supply chain.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the planning activities that support Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet production schedules.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee Make/Buy decisions and BOM planning to align with production needs.
- Optimize material flow and inventory levels to minimize cost and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations Management to develop and execute time-phased plans.
- Maintain MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes while managing change requests.
- Lead, mentor, and develop subordinate staff, handling recruitment, performance assessments, and recognition.

Basic QualificationsBachelors degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
Strong organization and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, therefore selected candidate must be a US Citizen
Desired SkillsPast experience in any of the following areas: Make/Buy/BOM Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent
Ability to work with multiple levels of management, sites and centers
Windchill and MPMLink experience
Apriso and SAP experience
Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas of responsibility.
Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
