Manufacturing Engineer - Electronic Assembly

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems. This role will drive process improvements, create technical documentation, support automation and controls initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.

Job Type: Full-time, onsite located in Indianapolis, IN

Salary: Commensurate with experience (includes salary + biannual bonus)

What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement electronic and electro-mechanical assembly systems.
  • Create technical documentation, process flowcharts, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
  • Conduct assembly time studies and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with PLC programming, controls, and automation projects.
  • Perform DFM and PFMEA analyses to improve product quality and manufacturability.
  • Support project management activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
