As the Manager, Web Product Ownership and Digital Platform Strategy, you will lead the evolution of Deloitte.ca, helping to strengthen the Deloitte brand, generate eminence, engage priority audiences, and support business growth through a high-performing digital experience.
You will own the Deloitte.ca product roadmap, translating business and digital priorities into platform capabilities that strengthen brand, increase audience engagement, improve discoverability, and drive measurable business outcomes. Working across Digital, Marketing, the Global Member Firm network, and delivery stakeholders, you will align platform priorities with strategic objectives, user needs, and market opportunities.
You will provide product leadership for Deloitte.ca, partnering closely with the USI-based web capability team to shape roadmap priorities, evaluate emerging opportunities, and deliver platform enhancements. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while maximizing the platform's impact and business value.
Key accountabilities include:
- Own the Deloitte.ca product strategy and roadmap, aligning platform investments and priorities to business objectives, digital strategy, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the evolution of Deloitte.ca to enhance audience engagement, discoverability, personalization, web analytics, emerging AI-enabled experiences, and the platform capabilities required to support connected client journeys
- Partner with the web capability team to translate strategic priorities into platform enhancement roadmap balancing business value, platform health, innovation opportunities, and delivery capacity
- Champion an audience-first approach leveraging data, analytics experimentation, and insights to continuously improve digital experiences and business outcomes.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Content Governance, Analytics, and Technology (local & global) teams to ensure Deloitte.ca effectively integrates with the broader digital ecosystem and supports brand, eminence, and firm growth
- Represent Canadian priorities across Global and Member Firm networks, influencing platform direction, governance, modernization, and innovation to deliver on growth objectives
About the teamThe Digital team sits within Deloitte Canada's Marketing Team and is responsible for delivering connected, data-driven digital experiences across channels. Working at the intersection of strategy, marketing experience, content, technology, analytics, and AI enablement, the team helps Deloitte strengthen audience engagement, brand visibility, and client outcomes.
This role works closely with Digital leadership, Marketing teams, Content Governance, Analytics, Global stakeholders, and the web-capability partners to ensure Deloitte.ca continues to evolve as a modern, high-performing digital platform within Deloitte Canada's broader digital ecosystem.
Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are a strategic product leader who can connect business objectives, digital experiences, and platform capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes. Combining strong product management expertise with a solid understanding of website technologies and digital platforms, you excel in partnering with developers, architects, UX specialists, and business stakeholders to shape platform direction and delivery priorities
You bring:
- Experience in digital product management, website strategy, digital platforms, or digital experience design and management.
- Demonstrated success defining product vision, developing roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and balancing strategic initiatives with operational demand
- Strong understanding of enterprise websites, user experience design, content ecosystems, web analytics, personalization, SEO/AEO/GEO, and emerging AI-enabled experience
- Experience working with developers and technical teams to deliver website implementations, platform enhancements, re-platforming initiatives, or digital modernization programs
- Understanding of website architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, accessibility, performance optimization, and connections to CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content platforms
- Experience leveraging data, customer insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions and optimize digital experiences
- Experience working across complex, matrixed environments, partnering with developers, architects, UX professionals, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into platform capabilities and align teams around a shared vision and roadmap
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus, navigate ambiguity, and balance business value, audience needs, technical constraints, and platform health
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and related Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including content architecture, component-based design, authoring workflows, governance models, integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM, analytics, or audience platforms.
- Experience in professional services, B2B marketing, or complex stakeholder environments.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
