The position is highly visible within the organization, as our clients are senior executives throughout the global Technology organization and the team's leadership directly supports the CTO.

- Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business improvements.
- Partner with teams to analyze business trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members to enhance project outcomes.
- Assess and report on the progress of strategic initiatives within the function.
Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your day-to-day: - Strategy Development: Support the development of PayPal's Technology strategy
- Project Management and Execution: Manage strategic projects end-to-end, delivering actionable recommendations for key clients. Coordinate execution of recommendations with key stakeholders as needed
- AI-Enabled Development: Rapidly build and prototype enterprise-wide applications and internal tools using AI-assisted coding platforms
- Research and Analysis: Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modeling) analysis in support of deliverables
- Thought Leadership: Support PayPal's Technology leadership team by developing and articulating PayPal's position on long-term strategic issues
- Mentorship and Team Development: Provide coaching and professional mentorship/development to junior team members
What do you need to bring: - ~4-6 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm and/or corporate strategy team post-graduate school
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems required; MBA or quantitative degree from a top school preferred
- Experience in software development, with financial services (particularly payments) and/or e-commerce experience preferred
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:
Primary Location | Pay Range:San Jose, California: ($129,500.00 - $191,950.00 Annually)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
