Manager Tech Ops Performance Analytics Overview:Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Manager, Tech Ops Performance Analytics to be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational relationship with Amazon, ensuring contractual compliance, driving continuous improvement in freighter operational performance, and providing feedback on schedule structure.

- Relationship management:
- Manage day-to-day operational relationship with Amazon, e.g., daily calls and Weekly and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBRs and QBRs)
- Lead the coordination and resolution of Amazon operational issues, e.g., research and write responses to Amazon requests/suggestions
- Leverage the relationship to provide Sun Country with "more than" the minimum required of Amazon per the contract, e.g., obtain final schedules in time for pilot bid, maximize HMV counts in March to maximize pax flying, justify spare counts, etc.
- Contractual compliance:
- Ensure both parties adhere to Amazon contract, e.g., audit "misses" to Controllable A15, provide final monthly dollar penalties to finance, etc.
- Continuous improvement:
- Improve freighter operational performance through root cause analysis of pilot, maintenance, and fueling/catering disruptions, e.g., pilot fatigue mitigation, engineering reliability initiatives, alternate means to deliver crew meals, etc.
- Schedule structure
- Analyze schedule structure and provide feedback to Amazon in order to build reliable, recoverable, and crew productive schedules, e.g., Min Mx Requirements, swaps options, etc.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous airline and/or airline industry experience
- Strong analytical skills with 2+ years of analytical and team-leadership experience
- Ability to summarize and communicate the results of/conclusions from the data analysis
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving and high-demand environment, e.g., anticipating requests, managing competing priorities, maintain positive attitude, and drive toward results
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, e.g., PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables, graphs, macros, and "linked" spreadsheets)
Preferred Skills:- Experience with flight crew analytics
- Experience with reliability engineering
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Compensation:Pay range: $85,000 - $125,000 USD annually. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.

Work Location:Minneapolis, MN (onsite)
Supervisory Responsibility:- Two employees, eventually expanding to five when FAA Single Operating Certificate is achieved (approximately 1Q28)
Work Environment:This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets. On occasion, this position will be required to operate in the Maintenance Hangar.
