- Lead product discovery with practitioners and stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points and user needs; translate them into clear product requirements, outcomes and measures of success.
- Own portfolio intake and prioritization, making evidence-based decisions on what to build, enhance, scale or retire based on business value, user impact, feasibility and strategic alignment.

About the teamAIDA (AI, Data & Analytics) builds technology solutions that transform how Audit & Assurance work gets done. We combine modern software engineering, AI and automation to create tools that simplify complex processes, reduce manual effort and enable teams to work more efficiently and effectively. Our solutions range from purpose-built applications and workflow automation to generative and agentic AI experiences that integrate with enterprise data and systems. We are looking for a senior product leader who can identify the highest-value opportunities, translate practitioner needs into a clear product strategy and roadmap, and ensure the solutions we build deliver measurable business value. Working alongside the Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will own what we build and why - while the Project Manager owns how work moves through delivery and the Technical Lead owns how solutions are architected and engineered.
Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications: - 10+ years of product, technology, transformation or innovation experience, with a track record of shaping and delivering digital products or technology-enabled solutions in complex organizations.
- Strong product management capabilities across discovery, user research, product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, adoption and outcome measurement.
- Strong understanding of modern technology and AI, with sufficient fluency across software applications, data and analytics, automation, generative AI and agentic AI to identify opportunities and engage credibly with technical teams.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to distinguish between problems best addressed through process change, conventional software, automation, analytics or AI rather than applying technology for its own sake.
- An influential communicator who can work with practitioners, senior leaders, Project Managers and Technical Leads to turn ambiguous business problems into clear product direction and build alignment around priorities and outcomes.
It would be great for you to have some of these additional qualities as well:- Experience owning a portfolio of internal technology products or platforms serving multiple business teams or user groups.

- Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security and the considerations involved in deploying AI-enabled products in enterprise environments.
