Within Global Business Services, the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement (IS&P) organization serves as the enterprise steward of indirect spend, helping the business make informed commercial decisions, unlock sustainable value, improve supplier performance, and strengthen governance across the enterprise.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Strategy & Planning plays a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement (IS&P) organization. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Planning, this individual will help translate long-term objectives into actionable plans, drive governance and performance management processes, support enterprise savings and value realization efforts, and enable senior leaders to make data-driven decisions.
This role requires a highly strategic and analytical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. The successful candidate will partner closely with IS&P leadership, Finance, Functional stakeholders, and sourcing teams to advance key priorities and accelerate organizational impact.
- Drive development and execution of IS&P's strategic roadmap, annual priorities, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Lead governance processes, executive reporting, and performance management to ensure delivery against organizational objectives.
- Partner with Finance to oversee savings governance, value realization, forecasting, and business performance insights.
- Improve operating models, processes, and ways of working to increase organizational effectiveness and scale impact with partnering organizations.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders through executive communications, strategic analyses, and leadership engagement.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, procurement, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
Preferred- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, procurement, or finance organizations.
- Experience supporting governance, planning, or PMO activities.
- Familiarity with savings management, value realization, budgeting, or financial planning processes.
- Experience working in global and highly matrixed organizations.

Salary RangeThe expected salary range range -$115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
