Responsibilities Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California , is a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center.

Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) to Five (5) years of clinical experience in Emergency or Critical Care as a Registered Nurse required.
One (1) to Two (2) years acute care nursing management or supervisory experience in Emergency highly preferred.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association.
Current Pediatric Life Support (PALS) Certification through the American Heart Association.
CEN or CCRN preferred.
MICN and TNCC preferred. (Required within 1 year for IVMC only.)
