Manager, Product Management - Servicer Integration
We are seeking a Manager to join our Servicer Integration team within the Personal Loans business. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the execution of our integration, assisting in the migration of Personal Loans servicing from legacy DFS/Finacle systems to a third-party platform. You will partner closely with engineering teams, business analysts, and vendor counterparts to ensure servicing integrations are built and performing accurately. Specific responsibilities related to servicer integration and project management include:
Execution Support: Assist in driving phases of the integration lifecycle, including business rule documentation, servicer integration requirements, and support the design of back-office processes.
Operational Validation: Partner with the team to perform rigorous operational validation, ensuring that new processes / system integrations function as intended before and during cutover windows.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, process maps, and control frameworks to ensure full audit-readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute integration tasks and address roadblocks that arise during the conversion process.
Communication & Reporting: Create transparency across the workstream by maintaining status trackers, preparing reporting materials, and highlighting vendor performance metrics for project leadership.
Issue Resolution: Support the triage of integration issues, escalating blockers to senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day tasks remain on track to meet aggressive delivery milestones.

Master’s Degree (MBA, MS in Information Systems/Data Science).
7+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
2+ years of operations or servicing-specific experience.
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., FCRA, SCRA, AML/KYC).
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Anytown, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
