Full Job Description
Your Role

The Manager, Planning Strategy will support strategy work for the merchandise planning function, as well as strategic initiatives for both the PINK and Beauty brands. This role is key to driving business growth through the path to potential strategies. It will be responsible for supporting Planning Leadership, Enterprise Strategy Teams, CEO Office, Investor Relations and Brand Presidents to articulate the brand and product narrative as it relates to internal and external communications (e.g. Earnings Calls, Board of Directors, Milestone Meetings).

Your Impact
• Support strategic workstreams within the brands - from insights to inform concept to operational support of execution
• Serve as the Merchandise Planning representative for key business initiatives, acting as the liaison with Brand MP&A teams to drive operational execution and identify risks / opportunities
• Leverage data analytics, product insights, customer and market information to identify opportunities to drive continued business growth
• Prepare key presentation materials (e.g., Board of Directors, Investors, QBR/ELT, etc.)
• Offer perspectives on opportunities and risks within the business based on expert insights and analyses

Your Experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Supply Chain or related discipline, preferred
• 10+ years of retail merchandise or demand planning experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie insights to bigger picture strategy
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Proven track record for building strong cross-functional relationships & leveraging expert partners to gather business insights
• Strong business and analytical acumen
• Project management skills with the proven ability to achieve business results
• Skilled at crafting clear headlines and stories from large, complex data sets
